Prochem Heavy Artillery Pre-Spray: High pH Formula, 1 Gallon

This professional-grade carpet cleaning pre-spray is specifically designed for tackling heavily soiled carpets in apartments, rentals, dorms, offices, clinics, and healthcare facilities. With a high pH level, it effectively removes tough mineral-based soils such as red dirt, clay, sand, dust, and sand. The powerful formulation of detergents and surfactants suspends and lifts soils, making them easier to remove during the cleaning process. Additionally, this pre-spray is VOC-compliant in all 50 states.

The ready-to-use (RTU) pH level falls between 11.9 and 12.4. One gallon of this pre-spray can be diluted to make up to 9 gallons of RTU solution, which covers approximately 400 square feet per diluted gallon. However, it is important to note that this pre-spray is not recommended for use on stain-resistant carpet.
